Saeeda Khatoon, a resident of Mehran Town, has been receiving rations from the Fahmida Begum Foundation (FBF) for the past 12 years. Currently, she resides in a mosque where she teaches at a madrasa. She expressed her heartfelt gratitude to FBF for their continuous support and generosity. She shared that the ration distribution in her area was carried out first through Fahmida Manzil School and now at the new Centre, making it easily accessible for families in need.

The high cost of living and limited income make it difficult for her to make ends meet, particularly during the holy month of Ramadan, when the demand for food and essential supplies increases. For her family, the Ramadan Food Parcels provided by the Fahmida Begum Foundation, with support from COSARAF, have been a significant source of relief. The food parcel included all essential items, which are sufficient to support her household for an entire month. This assistance ensures that she does not have to seek help from others or face financial stress for basic food needs. . She also utilises a portion of the ration to arrange Iftar for underprivileged children studying there, extending the benefit of this support to others in need.

She conveyed her deep appreciation for the Foundation’s efforts and offered heartfelt prayers for everyone involved.
