The COSARAF Charitable Foundation is delighted to be hiring a Grants & Finance Officer in partnership with the CareTech Foundation. This exciting new role offers a unique opportunity to work across two impactful foundations, supporting both grant-making and financial administration.
As Grants & Finance Officer, you will play a key role in delivering excellent support for grant programmes and financial processes across both charities. Your work will help ensure that funding is distributed effectively to support community-focused initiatives and that financial administration is accurate, timely and compliant.
This position is permanent and full-time, with a competitive salary of £40,000 per year, flexible working options, and generous holiday and pension benefits. You’ll work directly with both foundations’ teams to manage grants, support financial reporting, and engage with grantees, partners and stakeholders. Third Sector

Role Overview

Administer and manage grants programmes for both foundations

Support financial processes including reconciliation, reporting and compliance

Track impact data for internal learning and reporting

Act as a key contact for grantees and partners

Support governance processes including audit preparations and board reporting
