The COSARAF Family Office was delighted to host a special Interfaith Iftar at Park View, bringing together colleagues and partners who share the workspace under one roof.
The event welcomed over 120 people, including staff from CareTech, the COSARAF and CareTech Foundation teams and representatives from a number of external companies based at Park View. The gathering provided a warm and welcoming opportunity to raise awareness of Ramadan and to share in the spiritual and comforting tradition of breaking fast together.
Guests enjoyed a delicious meal prepared by caterers local to the Foundation’s previous office in Potters Bar, adding a familiar touch to the evening’s hospitality.
The programme included a short reflection delivered by Imam Abid Khan, who shared insights into the meaning of Ramadan and the values of compassion, reflection and community that define the holy month. Prayers were then held in the ground floor prayer rooms for those observing the fast.
The evening also sparked curiosity and conversation about the work of COSARAF. Several guests expressed interest in learning more about the Foundation’s programmes and partnerships. One attendee shared that although he is not Muslim, he has greatly enjoyed working in the Park View offices and learning more about the faith and the Foundation’s work through community activities like the iftar. He also mentioned how much he appreciated receiving the Foundation’s Ramadan dates earlier in the month.
The event was a meaningful way to strengthen connections within the Park View community and to celebrate the spirit of Ramadan through shared hospitality and understanding.
