“I am extremely honoured to receive the generous OPP studentship grant. Your contribution will be instrumental in allowing me to cope with the living expenses incurred during my degree. The grant will primarily go towards clearing the debt I accrued this past year because of loans that were necessary for rent and settling-in expenses at Oxford. In addition, it will allow me to pay for the accommodation I have currently (as of the writing of this report) been given on credit by Kellogg College. This grant has been a spectacular blessing and an extraordinary end to a fantastic time at Oxford University. I sincerely hope that my story plays some small part in assuring the Pakistani community of students and aspiring scholars that pursuing one’s dream regardless of constraints is a worthy endeavour.
