Cosaraf Launches New Support Programme for Sheikh Family Scholars

The Cosaraf Foundation has been working closely with Pearn Kandola LLP to create a new programme of support for all the Sheikh Family Scholars past, present and incoming.

Our scholars are a central part of our ‘supporting young people to reach their potential’ work stream, which seeks to identify exceptional young men and women excelling in their respective fields of study, and to support them in their chosen career paths. Our programme awards full tuition fee scholarships, covering tuition fees and a wider package of support for each successful candidate. All scholars are offered paid work experience in a charity, access to a mentor and leadership development training.

"Thanks a lot for organising the event (annual leadership day). I truly enjoyed it."

This year, we’re pleased to expand our partnership with Pearn Kandola and offer further training, both in-person and online, to help our scholars develop and flourish.

We continue our annual leadership day, on Friday 17th March, hosted kindly by St Anne’s College in Oxford.  This event will be open to all new scholars and current scholars that have not attended previously.

We will host a new Annual Scholars’ Day for all scholars and alumni to attend, on Friday 13th October, at a central location in London.  This will comprise of skills development in areas as identified by our scholars, and can include personal resilience, confidence and assertiveness building.

Finally we will be holding two additional hour-long, online workshop sessions, on topics of interest to our scholars.

We will be inviting all scholars and sharing finalised content, so please watch this space.
