The new Cambridge Mosque is intended to be a neighbourhood as well as a spiritual centre, easily accessible by public transport and on foot, with facilities for formal and informal community group meetings. The Cambridge Mosque Trust does not follow or expect adherence to any particular school of Islam and welcomes worshippers from every part of the Muslim family of both genders.
